MTN 4 year's of complaining and issues still not resolved, pathetic services

MTN over 4 years of complaining my issues is still not resolved. Empty promises just about every week now but they can quickly take your money at the end of the month. Too lazy to do work. Yes I've contacted the person's you told me to do and that's why I am complaining still because nothing gets done yet you take my money easily and if I don't pay you cut my lines but soon I'll Port to a different network because of your lack of interest, lack of caring, lack of pride in your job,lack of honesty to feel guilty for taking ones money for services that is pathetic. You have no shame at all.
