Mtn 3G Uncapped Lite Throttling to 64kbps problem

I have been on an Mtn Uncapped Lite Contract for years.Since the 5th of October 2017,I started to have really slow speed.Thought its coverage issues.Contacted Mtn. Then I read on the Mybroadband.co.za forums that people that have the same Uncapped Lite Contract are experiencing connection problems where they are being throttled to 64kbps. I got a Mtn prepaid Sim and some data to test.Sure thing no problems.I email Mtn Customer Support. They never admit.I called Mtn on 173.O they know.they are experiencing technical problems on that contract. After I have been without internet for 5days they couldn't tell me that firstly? Why after 8days of emails, phone calls could they then admit they have a technical problem. They did not warn me that I will be throttled to 64kbps? How can Mtn just decide to throttle everyone to 64kbps Dial up modem speed while their own fair use policy state after 3GB of useage u will be throtted to 256kbps.Now suddenly 64kbps.how is that not a breach of contract and its own terms and conditions? I'm considering lodging a complaint with ICASA and the Competition Commission. Its a clear violation.Surely Mtn is bullying consumers to another contract.
