MTN

I am very concerned and not happy about the service I received from MTN my account is fully paid off and ended on the 20 March 2023 and I took the initiative and call them to cancel my contract and yet they told me that I have to wait for another 31 days which is April for them to cancel my contract becuase of the Data for April month was already loaded but come month end my April and my contract would be converted to prepaid so to my surprise they keep on Debuting my account without my consent and yet they know very well that the contract has ended as per our agreement now they keep on doing what ever they want with my account I am not happy with the service.
