MTN *****

On 27 March 2023 I laid a complaint at MTN Welkom regarding ***** of R13 343.62 on my account. Welkom Branch and a worker at the branch phoned the head office numerous times regarding this issue. On occasions she phoned like ten times with no answer or assistance what so ever. Eventually a credi of R10 699.47 was granted. I, myself paid different amounts towards this account. The debit order for this account has been stopped by head office MTN, therefore I paid this account cash every month. Another complaint was logged regarding the difference of the *****ulant amount.

In September 2023 MTN deducted an amount of money from my account, without my permission. I had to go into the bank to reverse that decution. It was never the amount that I gave permission to and that means that any company can decut whatever they feel like. Three times now, they have just suspend the phone, without any notification. I am dependant on the phone and the services, but MTN just do what they feel like. A ticket was locked again for the outstanding fraut but MTN does'nt come back with a answer
