MTN

Last year i was struggling to pay my account then MTN handed the account over to debt collectors and i was adviced to pay into their MTN trust fund account and i arranged to pay from june 2023 the opening balance was R2000 something when i started.The company kept updating me and was told that i am left with R400.When i checked with MTN .December to see if i can get a paid up letter once i pay the remaining balance ,i was told that i owe R8000 something . I asked them why they gave an account that doesn't reflect my payments no one had answers they said they will look at this matter and i have been waiting still no help...i am frustrated because i think this is a delaye tactic so they can milk more money from me ,deeply regret taking a contract with them i will never have anything from them in the future i don't even recommend them.Their company is a **** and robbing consumers of their peace.I had no peace since the beginning of that contract.They also claim they know nothing about me being told to pay into that MTN trust fund account ,well if they really don't then we as consumers our details are not protected at all.
