MTN

An y'know person opened an account on my name at MTN. I phoned them visited them made an affidavit and a******** case afainst them. The contract that they have send me is so incorrect and contradicting. The batch date is 2021, contract start date Jan 2022 but the first debit order date 31.01.2019. everything on the contract is wrong except my I'd, my, name and surname. Even my bank acc is stipulated as a credit card which is incorrect. I've send them proof of previous address my correct email address. No signature no bank statements no I'd copy or my work details on the contract. I've asked for proof of recording if it was telesales. MTN doesn't help in anyway but just acknowledge my correspondence. Never had I used mtn but vodacom all my years. I've never stepped into a mtn store only now wirh this ***** case. MTN are the worst by far.
