On the 13/10/2025 I app**** for my upgrade at mtn vaalmall in Vanderbylpark, I took a deal for a Honor 400 phone that came with a free Honor x6c, the upgrade was approved everything was going smooth but unfortunately the lady assisting made a small mistake that lead to a reversal of the upgrade. Since then she has been doing everything to assist me but the other mtn departments are taking their time. Today is the 21/10/2025 and my upgrade is still not done because now all of a sudden my credit is to low.so now I'm still waiting for the mtn departments to fix the issue. I've been a mtn customer for more than 6 years, ive never had a problem until now
