MTN *****

I am very disappointed in MTN. I have been a customer for more than 23 years. Last year one of the agents named Colin, contacted me and said if i didnt renew all my contracts immediately, the monthly fee would increase substantially. I use one number and contract. in December a lady (i forgot her name) contacted me and assured me all the contracts except the main one will be cancelled. Instead of a monthly payment af R1200, I would only pay R106, for a reduced conract. The rest would be cancelled. This did not happen. I submit that named Colin put me under false pretenses and This is costing me an additional R1100.00 pwer month. I Am a retiree and do not have money to waste. Dr P.A. Venter
