Mtn

This is the most pathetic and horrible service ever received in my life. Received a call from an mtn agent informing me that I was due for an upgrade. The agent explained to me what the upgrade included but left out some of the most essential elements of the package, such the staterpack would not work on a phone or pocket router as I was using the staterpack on my phone. We then agreed that I needed time to think about the deal and she should give me a call after a week's time. However despite that fact they proceeded to bind me on a contract without my concern. The agent didn't explain to me properly about what is included in package and when I tried to cancel at an mtn outlet as I believe I was still in the period to cancel the contract I was told I need to call this numbers ***. When i called the numbers I was told to go back to the mtn shop to ask for an early upgrade. I subsequently went to the mtn shop at Eyethu Mall Orange Farm but was told that I needed to go to the one in South Gate Mall. Did not even want to waste my time and petrol and go to South Gate Mall because they previously were unable to solve my problem were I was billed twice for the very same month.

Mtn should know that they have the worst pathetic service ever!.........
