MTN

I have to share this with you, You might be having issues mtn and not know how handle or get the assistance you need. I had 2 contracts with mtn, one being for data and the other for telephones. One of my contract had stopped working and was due for an upgrade, I called the shop to enquire about and I was told that it is active. One day I decided walkin at mtn shop and I was told that the contract has been upgraded and I have been debited for it more than 12 months. I tried to cancel it because it was **********ly upgraded, so I went to the Police Station to get an affidavit as I was told. After submitting all the documents, it took me a while to get answers I needed, cancelations and refund. I kept on getting different references every I did a follow up. The end result were, I won't get refunded because I have received the device according to mtn. I was able to trace the device of which one of worker had the device that was debited from my account. I wrote to hellopeter when I realized that I was loosing the battle after being ********** for something I did not have in my possession. Few days after I had contacted hellopeter, I received a call with a reference from mtn and I was told that my issue had been resolved and I was eligible for payment.
