Mtn *****

After 25 days of having an mtn router, I handed the device and sim to the mtn store at grove mall. 40 min later i was assured the contract is cancelled. This was 10 days before the next debit order date. I was given nothing to verify the device was handed in. Mtn has since repeatedly called, emailed and harassed me for payment for December. They even send emails saying "the device is repaired". The customer line insists upon a ir no which the store gave me.

It seems there is a ***** been processed. And nobody at mtn is even attempting to assist me.
