MTN

Its been a week since I last wrote about the bad service at MTN. A week later I am still not able to upgrade my daughter phone due to a technical error, which can only be sorted in India. We have been trying for a month now and still we have not been successful. I really do not know where to turn. The Eastgate branch has been very helpful, however, their hand are tied and they continue logging the complaint with India and nothing gets done. Although I have been with MTN for over 25 years I think is might be time to try another service provider.
