I settled MTN account that was handed over to their attorney hence I once had contract with them however even today their system is not updated, because I went to Boulders MTN in Midrand and they other lady was not friendly and told me my name is not cleared and I therefore cannot apply for any contract phone due that their attorney never gave them feedback. The lady was unprofessional to help is like she never went for lunch hence she showed level of tiredness
