i have a contract with MTN for 20+ years and took out cell phone insurance for my cell phone 6 years ago of an amount of R340 every month. And i have never claimed not once. now that i have put in a claim for a damaged screen on my samsung galaxy 21 ultra they telling me that this phone is not insured and only the previous phone was. when i upgraded 3 years ago they still asked me if i still wanted the insurance for my current cell phone which i said yes. so now my insurance claim is rejected because they didnt update it on there side. so i have been paying insurance for what. highly disapointed in MTN, i have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. but when its time for my new upgrade in March 2024 i will be going elsewhere.
