MTN *****

Good day MTN is the worse company to deal with, they prey on small business owners and do not assist at all where ***** is concern. MTN has been debiting my business account since April 2024 with an amount of 39k of which as a small business it has it me very hard. it feels like I'm hopeless as each month after debiting the account i have been send emails with either no response or a system-based response that i should resubmit the affidavit of which i have been doing since 14june 2024 with no resolution. MTN as a company feels no remorse as after requesting the affidavits and signature there has been no resolution. i am a small business really trying to survive.
