MTN 30gigs data promo on upgrades
I did a upgrade on my cellphone on 24 November 2017. The upgrade was part of a promotion whereby upon upgrade you will get 30gigs free data over 3 months. As of 13 December 2017, I am still waiting for the first 10 gigs of data. I have been to the MTN store 3 times for assistance, however to date no data has been received. At first I was told to log a request for the free data, thereafter I was told it takes 14 days.
Not sure whether this is a marketing ploy or false advertising from MTN.
