Mtn 30GB promotion & Billed data

Okay so tomorrow i got my contract for a month.. Firstly I had my phone for nearly 4 days before i could switch it on and actually use it.. because the sim was not working and they said i must just wait the signal will come through.. They eventually did another sim swap to correct that problem... Then they have this big 30GB that you get when you take out a contract with mtn.. I have not yet received that data.. I have being loggin queries with 808 for atleast 4 times.. still nothing happens!!! Above that i'm suppose to get 4GB data that i pay for every month.. So to my surprise i only received 2GB and the other 2GB I am still waiting to receive.. Logged queries for that Data as well.. Worst service ever!!!!! I would much rather cancel my contract with mtn and go to Cell C.. As i did not have any problems with them on my previous contract...!!!
