3 months to do a cancellation contract worse part struggling with the refunds you always get a new case number over and over it is really frustrating. Everything was wrong from the beginning the router arrived SIM card not register after a week you find that the network coverage doesn’t support where it took mtn a week to figure that only option left was to cancel. Worse part I had to call using my airtime with the italk to get the same answer over and over with the cancellation now the cancellation is over. Problem is the refunds with the mtn ticket cases number closed and open with ticket reference number closed and open. I had to visit the mtn store which is 190 kilos round trip 2 times and now they want me to visit it again which I won’t even get assistance I know
