MTN

I wish I could give this company a straight 0 for what I have experienced with them.

Firstly there is a very rude agent at College Sq shop by the name of Marisa or something like that… lady was unwilling to assist. It’s as if she assisted with a cancellation it would be taken out of her own pocket. I have also reported to MTN directly and they said they will intervene but nothing has happened.

I managed to get assistance from another MTN and was able to take back their router and the contract was processed for cancellation… so why is MTN still billing me for something I don’t have? I have stopped their debit orders but I still get charged when they attempt to take money out of my account. I have references that show that I booked the router in for cancellation and that the contract would be terminated by the 8th of August 2024 but to date MTN is still acting as though I am using their services.

I have sent emails enquiring about this, only to be met with *********** agents who do not even know which of their stores have closed down permanently.

Just utter ******* and unprofessionalism from this company.
