MTN 30 gigs data after upgrade is a ****

I got my contract renewed over a week ago, MTN promised 30 gigs of data upon renewal of contracts, its been over a week now and I still have not received the 30 gigs - I called MTN 3 times already 1st consultant said - it takes 7 days 2nd consultant said 10 days 3rd consultant said 14 days to load the data on my phone- I have called again today and they kept transferring me to different department and none of the consultant have a clue on who can help- MTN should not make promises if they cant fulfill them
