MTN 30 gig data promo is ****

Two weeks ago I took out an additional contract with MTN for the reason being they give you: a 4G blackberry Samsung Tablet 30 gigs of data. Now in this two weeks, still no data had been received. <br> <br> This, after i have phoned 808, 011 912 300 and also ***. Every one gave me reference numbers and said please allow 2 - 3 days for it to show. Still nothing.<br> <br> One lady said to me that no, the shop was supposed to load it for me. Which they didn't. <br> <br> I did then contact the shop and requested it and so they said they will do so and apparently they did, Ref Nr:***. Still nothing! <br> <br> I did a follow up phone call this morning and they said to me there is a back log for this promo, they can't tell me when i will receive my data but they can assure me that i will get it soon, which is totally unacceptable as it is costing ME money to keep my emails and networking going. <br> <br> Can i have feedback on this asap?! <br> <br> More reference numbers: ***, ***, ***
