MTN 3 year contract
Good day,
It saddens me to write this review as I have never really had problems with MTN.
Two years ago I upgraded my two year contract and as two years passed I wanted to know when my new upgrade was due.
I was informed that my contract was a 3 year contract!!! No one told me about a 3 year contract ever existed and why would I upgrade a two year contract to a 3 year contract. This is the most ridiculous situation ever! I know it is against the law to not inform someone about the "3 year" contract.
Please shed some light MTN...

06 Aug 2018, 09:06My problem is not with the 3 year contract itself. Two years ago when I upgraded I was not informed of any 3 year contracts ever existing and as far as I know it is against the poppy act to not inform someone.
I have been a client for a few years now, and every time when I upgraded it was to a 2 year contract. The person who was helping me did not give me time to read through the contract and there was said that nothing changed from my previous contract of two years. I was just asked to sign each page.

Your "fais " representative did not notify or explained to me the three year contract deal. So it is a breach of the fais act.
