Thank you to the lady by the name of Sthembile who assisted me with an upgrade this morning, this is after I was put from pillar to post for the passed week by people who were not sure what they where doing ,When she took my call she could hear my frustration and resolved my issue without transferring everywhere like her colleagues did.
