Please check on this case - you people are *****ing money. I have asked for a refund a few weeks ago and its all just a dead end.

Firstly you did not deliver my router when you said you will - this was about 2 weeks of messages saying be ready your router will arrive today.. then i leave I.T Jobs to wait fore this router.. at the end of each day I Get A Lying message from the courier saying we declined accepting the delivery or they could not find the place which is utter bull ****. Someone from Mtn phoned and Appologised and said can they please deliver the next day. I rep**** no i am not at the office i will be on Site.. They BRought the router anyway - My Mother was there with my id and proof of Residence anyway - and they refused to deliver- Now that i want my money back you want proof of payment - I sent my full bank statement that shows the amount and date.. Still you people close the tickets because of lack of documentation. I Hope someone buys chicken with that money and Chokes on its Bones..
