Good Day All

I took a new Contract with Mtn the Sales lady called and promise me I'm getting s22 for 549 with 300 mins and 5 gigs of Data

Then t I was debit R608 and then R 1200 I have spent my whole morning calling Mtn, like I got nothing to do.

As a client being with Mtn for over 20 years, I call this morning they say I was charged double for pro Data why, Have no idea. Please before taking contract over the phone please make sure you get all contract documents which I never.

I'm still waiting for some one from Mtn to call me back regarding this issue,very Disappointing from Mtn.
