MTN...

So, this company called me, as a representative of MTN. The agent told me I would get 20G data for R199.01 per month. He spoke very fast, so I was struggling to hear everything. I asked him if it will be neccesary to change my sim because I am with Vodacom and I don't want to change the sim the whole time. No ma'am it will be an add on. O.k. so I received the package...new sim 😳 which I had to change everytime I want to use the data. And the 20G was devided in a lot of small things. Video streaming etc. And the monthly payment was over R1200, but with discounts R199.01. I was SO annoyed! I called them and tried to stop the contract because I felt betrayed. They did a inquiry and decided I was in the wrong. Well today I got a message from my bank and there was a price increase. Only 5% 😉 but the shocker...it's 5% of the amount before the discounts. So my 5% increase is a whole R55.99!!! I am NOT happy! I don't even use this ****** simcard because it's annoying to change the sim all the time. I realy feel that they should use agents that can speak properly and answer questions properly. I will NEVER EVER promote MTN to anyone!!!
