Pure ****, They gave me a router knowing very well, were I'm resided there's no coverage, their home internet router has never worked, 2 weeks later when I have to cancel it, I have to pay R 5000 for what? Tried taking the router to the store they said they can't provide me with an IRMS number, send endless messages on their Facebook n emailed them several times. Now I'm stuck with a non working router, of which I'm required to pay for, the store doesnt want take it cause they fair warnings.
