MTN

I asked MTN to unlock my phone from MTN 2 weeks ago, I have been **** to regarding SLA's I have been hung up on, promised call back by Team Leader Akeri and still no call back received, called her the whole of today and she has been in "meetings" the whole day...My phone is still yet to be unlocked from MTN, no assistance received from anyone
