I am back with another complaint from MTN. On the 21st of December I wrote a bad review about MTN taking my money and I was hoping that the matter would get resolved. I have been waiting since then for MTN to contact me and give me my money back but instead they proceeded to take more money on the 1st of January and also called me to give me another contract on my 071 number which I do not want. All I want is my money and that they stop the top up amount. And I want the voice recording of that day when they where giving me the top up amount we had agreed on on my 083 number, because that recording has evidence on our agreed amount which was R20.

Please help me hello peter. I am pleading with you
