They said that our internet would be loaded because we were billed for 20gb but only receive 10gb. Am paying 339 for 20 gb. But now they have it for 250 for 20 gb. Do not understand this.

Your package has been corrected and the correct data bundles has been loaded as pro rata, from next allocation 12th August is when you received 20GB anytime data + 20GB NE data.
