MTN

I would like to log a complaint against MTN Northgate in particular as this is where I first logged my query.

So the story goes like my ID was **********ly used in 2017 however i was not aware of it until i received a heads up call from someone in Telkom, that someone is using my ID then phoned the ********* to assist then they told me i need to phone Experian to get all the people this person attempted to get credit with and I did that and MTN was one of them, fast forward went to MTN to report the case they asked for an Affidavit submitted it personally and the guy told me that the account will be blocked, since then been receiving calls from MBD Inc regarding that account really feel harrassed by them.
