MTN
I was sold a migration over the phone on my son’s contract, but the salesperson quoted incorrect information after confirming it about 5 times, I have had no success or feedback from MTN about cancellation and my official complaint against call centre operator. MTN has been a waste of time as they refuse to follow my instructions, please assist me? Service at MTN HO in 14th Avenue is shocking.
