MTN !

I’m so disappointed , I’ve been using MTN service provider for more than 10 years now only to find that few months ago my number was sold to another customer but I could still use it for WhatsApp, it happened that my WhatsApp was hacked I then went to the nearest MTN shop to enquire about this and do sim swap , my sim swap was not approved sir I use this number for business purposes, what must happen to my business and its customers because I have been using this number for years now i really cannot afford to lose this number !
