MTN
MTN has become more and more pathetic over the years. The contract offerings are simply getting smaller everytime effectively offering less value for money. When you speak to a customer representative they cannot really offer any help you are just told sorry that is all that is available. When you threaten to terminate you get a "sorry cannot comment" Clearly they don't have anymore conçern for their customers. They have really become pathetic. Furthermore don't expect any response to this review they don't bother.
