MTN
I called and spoke to a retentions agent by the name of Boitumelo. Having worked in the BPO industry myself, I'm safe to say that MTN has probably the worst trained Retentions agents ever. She made me feel less valued as a customer as she made it clear she was not interested in my business. I am disgusted at MTN and will be moving elsewhere to renew my contract
