I logged query regarding payment I made wrongly into my mtn account//I asked for refund from 19th //when I follow up only to find out my query wasn’t logged //well they apologized for that /then Mbukeni Sosibo assisted me nicely to re load the query on the 24th ,they gave me Ref 1- ********** 4009 on the 24 ,and that I should wait 4-7 working days //my query still not resolved //
