MTN Direct mobile is one of the worst cell phone providers I ever dealt with. I cannot really complain about their service because you get no service at all. Since Dec I have been trying to cancel a contract that they offered with a black Friday special. Their 7 day return policy is a total **** to debit your account even after you cancelled and returned the goods in the window period that they provided. I logged so many calls and sent plenty emails. Apparently their channel support team will attend to my query and they escalated my plea to cancel the contract numerous times. In the meantime I have to pay for something that I returned months ago.
