MTN
I was overcharged since i signed for MTN contract. I agreed to take a cellphone contract with R89 monthly but since February 2018 my account was debated R220. I raised this and i got this response:

Mobile Plus has confirmed that the package you have agreed to was for R89.00.

In response to trail mail below, Kindly be advised that an investigation was conducted and it is confirmed that the customer took out the contract for R89.00
Contract Deal: Huawei G6 LTE on MY MTNCHOICE Flexi R110 Top Up @ R89 x 24 months.
The request is now sent to the billing support team to correct the package.
The account has been credited R1,070.16 for the difference in subscription fee for 8 months + RD fee x2. The credit will be used against the next MTN invoices.
The credit will reflect in 2 days time.

We are sorry for your bad experience with us and hope, you will give us a chance to offer you a level of service desired by you. I have escalated you query to Mobile Plus to correct the package to R89.00, I also noticed that you were credited in October for the same issue. Once the package is changed to R89.00 I will also do a refund if needed. In the interim you still need to make payment to the account while I am doing my investigation.
