01 Feb 2019, 13:26 Good day Vanessa Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN. I have tried to contact you and left a voicemail. I do not see any new application on the system. If you receive any delivery of a device or sim card, do not open it you can return it and ask them to cancel. Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you. Warm regards Roanne Juggannadh Complaints Management Team
