MTN

Mtn store at TRADE ROUTE MALL LENASIA is an absolute waste of time.!! Went in to upgrade my contract and they couldn't help me. They said that they can't do the upgrade because the upgrade department was closed over the weekend. This morning I called the upgrades department and the agent at Mtn tells me that she can't do the upgrade either because the special was only for the weekend. What a waste of time. This isn't the first time that I've had a bad experience with the Mtn Trade Route Mall branch. Thier staff are not interested in helping thier customers and it seems like it's too much of work for them to do an upgrade. The staff and manager should be fired or the store closed down!! Will be canceling all my contracts with Mtn.
