MTN

17 Nov 2018 logged as compliant with a consultant around the anytime minutes that MTN stole from me when I called the 135 number, which is a toll free number. Even the consultant confirmed that it should not have happened and should be reimbursed. To date I am still waiting for refund / feedback on this matter. I logged a hello peter complaint on 2 Dec 2018 to which I received the below response and to my surprise no refund / feedback. Feedback after my hello peter complaint: Good day Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for the delayed response and for any inconvenience incurred. We will investigate and provide you with feedback. Warm Regards Sizwe Schoeman

MTN is useless and most unreliable company. All staff working there are *********** and doesn't understand the importance customer service. You have to constantly be calling / following up, not once since being with MTN have they ever taken ownership and sorted the matter out, without being escalated on different platforms. Their response are standard which are is frustrating and shows they do not take the query serious enough to sort out the matter. I will be taking this matter to the Competition Commission, should I receive no feedback / refund. I have given MTN sufficient time to resolve this matter
