I'm September I signed up for a WIFI router. It was R299 a month for 24 months. MTN debited R597 for the first month I went to quiry It,I was told that the amountyou would be credited, 3 weeks later nothing has been done. This morning R597 has been debited yet again,I take it that I must wait another month for that to be sorted. I'm being invoiced incorrectly and I'm supposed to receive 15G day time 20G night time express but they only gave me 10G day time and 10G night time. The month before that they also cheated me on my data yet had the audacity to charge me double!!!I'm so frustrated no customer service, No consideration for customer service ,No honouring the contract I signed. I need to cancel this contract I'll try my luck with another network.
