Please can I have this problem of airtime sorted now, I have dialled x136x774x3# to opt out, but still my disappears, I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for the matter to be sorted, I cannot load on my phone, I cannot struggle like this with poor service of MTN, before I upgrade to a new phone I never had any problems,
Urgently can the options of extras airtime to be removed completely from my phone now , I want to load air time on my phone
this is frustrating me now
