Good day i need help i moved from mtn to vodacom in june and after that i dont receive calls from vodacom it keeps on saying my no doesn't exist on the mtn network and i cant even receive sms. I called the porting department this other guy told me that he will escalate my quiry even today nothing happened i have been calling him every other day to fix my sim and im tired pls help. My no: ********** 417

Our port department has confirmed there is a routing problem on MTN Side this will be corrected in 1 hours time.
