How can you describe an experience if you do not have an experience, but lack of assistance, caring, helping,etc. since my upgrade nearly 2 months ago, I am still waiting for my sms’s and data Nothing to date. Do they care to assist? Does not appear to be the case. This poor experience initiated a transfer of my accounts I can move now. The others will follow when they can migrate
