MTN : 24 debit order payments went off my bank account

Dear MTN South Africa

Where do I start to express my utter disgust and disappointment in such a glabally recognized telecommunications company . Imagine waking up to see 24 debit order payments has gone off your bank account , not even a call to say - sir we sorting it out or an explanation of how this happened nothing . Pathetic customer service !!!
