MTN

Very dissapointed. I did an upgrade with MTN. Today when the phone arrives, (samsaung A53, the phone do not have a charger plug and the MTN simcard package is open. when i contact MTN they advise they are offline and that samung do not provide any accessories. I want MTN to come fetch this device as i am not paying for a plug where i must charge the phone. Bad business. Ive been with MTN for more than 15 years. Please contact me on ***
