I have been chasing MTN for weeks now to correct an error that was made when I signed up for a contract, firstly your so called customer contact number is **** because you don't even get an option to speak to a consultant.
Secondly, the email correspondence that you have is so bad.... If i do not follow up then there is no update or feedback on my issue.
From inceptions, i have been incorrectly billed and after the email correspondence agent said that the issue was resolved, it turns out it wasn't because the incorrect amount is still reflecting on my statement.
I am at a point where I regret signing up with you guys and want to just buy myself out of this contract.....
Very dissatisfied client!!!!
