MTN 2 YEARS WORTH OF INCORRECT BILLING

I sign up for a contract which cost me R369.00 a month for 24months. When being billed i got billed for a complete different package which is tripple the premium. I have logged many queries with MTN and proved that the i sign up for R369.00 a month.

I have queried the case on a monthly basis the person at MTN person who helped me is now ignoring me! Also to be told that they will possibly credit me but only the account.

MTN you have ****** my money and i am now resulting to legal action. You have literally made me cancel policies because of you stuff up!!
