MTN "2 months on us 2018" promotion a LIE !!!

USELESS MTN !!!! Useless service, we took out two contracts in January with the promotion "2 Months on Us (MTN)" one we upgraded and had to pay THE SAME AMOUNT FOR 2 MONTHS before the new bill started and one was a new contract FOR WHICH WE WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY for 2 months but at every month end the debits go off since we took it out!! we have called, we have begged, we have logged numerous calls and have numerous request numbers and it all falls on deaf ears!!! why did we take out a promotion FOR WHICH WE HAVE PROOF ON THE CONTRACT and then we still had to pay????? Why cant anybody from MTN sort this out??? My next step it to lay a charge of ***** at the nearest police station and lay a complaint with the ombudsman/ICASA !!! We have no other choice.

Thank you. we will take this matter further with the manager of College Square. Why havent ANY call centre agents picked this up while we talked to them??? So we will make an ombudsman claim against the shop in College Square Bloemfontein for false adverti*****t and selling of contracts

What about the brand new contract that was ACTUALLY ADVERTISED AND WE TOOK IT. the contract we upgraded i can understand but there was a new data one we took out??
